Hey guys sorry for the newb question. I have been keeping an eye on the electric cooling fan on the right side "smaller of the two" radiator and noticed that fan will never spin. I am trying to diagnose overheating issues, and this really concerns me. What is that electric fan for?

There is the main rad and an A/C rad, the smaller rad is the A/C condenser and only activates when it needs to based on the A/C output temperature.

Common overheating issues:
T-stat
low coolant
old/used up coolant
blockage in the radiator
