Would These Modifications Void My Extended Warranty?

Just wondering if anyone had problem's with dealership's honoring warranties when installing these item's yourself and not threw the dealership?

- Chrome Mirrors
- Chrome Fuel Cap
- Chrome Door Handles
- Chrome Tail Gate Handle
- Chrome Body Panel Fairings
- Chrome Step Bars
- Spray In Bed Liner
- Hitch Pin And Tongue
- Window Tint
- Brake Controller

I'm gonna go ahead and say that all those items listed above would be warranty accepted, except for maybe the brake controller, but I'm guessing on that one.

The brake controller is likely safe also unless there is a warranty for a brake failure and it was proven that it was caused by the brake controller. I personally say no because my dealer saw all my stuff and never mentioned voiding any warranty.

Obviously Dodge won't cover any of the items you replaced, but they will not affect the coverage of any other item.

By brake controller, are you talking about a trailer brake controller? If so, it will have no affect on the warranty of your brake system in any capacity. If the controller burned up and shorted the brake switch or wiring, then those items wouldn't be covered. One in a million chance of that though.
