I figured I would post a few photos for everyone since I can't seem to find any other photos out there that really show you what these two steps can do. I'm not the greatest with a tape measure, but you can see the steps cut your distance in half to get into the truck or the bed.

I know a guy in the auto industry that gave me a steal. I won't give exact pricing, but it was under $1k and install cost me a bottle of Wild Turkey.

There wasn't a lot of metal drilling from what I remember and they all commented on how thought out the Amp mounting brackets were. I do know they varied from the measurements the install sheet gave on mounting the LED lights underneath. I think those measurements were for a quad cab as the rear lights would have been just behind the B Pillar- We moved them a few more inches back and they work perfect.

Ask and ye shall receive!!!! Had the step on for about 3 months now and have had no issues with it, nor does the proximity to the dual exhaust affect it in any way.

I do not have the plug and play version as that model just came out.

I cannot speak about the wiring as I took it to a professional who wires cars for a living. They did mention several times how impressed they were with the quality of all the components given.

Did you have the amp power step plug & play version?

If so how was the wiring hook up i heard you do not have to cut any wires just plug iit in to the OB connection.

Thanks

How d othe AMP steps hold up in the frigid months? AMP says silicone them and you would be good to go, but I am hesitant to order them since the majority of driving do in the truck is in the winter and the slush build up gets pretty bad.
