If it's the OEM kit that has the harness and switch as well as the lights and cans it is real easy. Plug and play. Once you get it all in take it to the dealer so they can flash the computer so the lights will work. To get the dash apart to put in the switch you will need this vid.

this is an extremely straight forward install. im 17 and this was by far the most simple thing i have done to my 02 ram. the plug to the bumper was already there and i just made a harness to each light. the brackets are already there, all you need is the bezels.
as for the switch........ all the wires are already there for it the blue one is for the fogs and its on the plug. so either order a new switch and plug and play(what i did), or if you know about wiring just wire it to the low beams power and enjoy. from the factory the fogs turn off when you turn the high beams on.
