i have a 99 dodge 2500 and the heater was working off and on. now has completely stopped. i jumped the blower motor and it is working but i'm not getting a change from the knobs just one constant flow of warm air.all the settings for floor, defrost, ect. work. any ideas what the problem is and how to fix pls?

sounds like the speed reastat is bad, that controls your different speeds
I'm not sure where it is but it's prob close to the motor. what you want to do is find it then check it for getting power from the fan switch in all speeds, if you have power then the reastat is bad. if no power is coming to it then it may be the switch
of course you have checked fuses,, right?
