The windows roll down, mirror control works, but the door locks aren't working at all, and neither are the interior lights. On the driver side control the lights for all the switches are on but not all working. Anyone know how to fix this?

So I have a similar situation on a 2003 Quad Cab. All windows function from the driver side and mirror controls function correctly, however, Locks do not work from Driver side, Passenger side, Key Fob (although lights and horn respond correctly), the rolling door lock does not function, nor, does the Key cylinder unlock of all four doors. I've chased down every fuse I can think of and because the keyless remote doesn't work, I Thinking it is the Controller. After all, the lock door switches are resistance change input to the controller, the Keyless is an input and the rolling speed is an input. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I'm still chasing the problem with the wiring diagrams.
The instrument cluster controls these options. Either a bad switch inside the cluster or a loose ground somewhere
