My ram 1500 Eco Diesel ran hot. Found most of all coolant had been pushed out of the cap. Did a pressure test on the coolant system, it holds 15psi. While engine is running from cold start constant bubbles coming from res. Started the engine while pressure test gauge still hooked up and system OVER pressures very quickly. Any thoughts?

This is a 2015 Eco D with 142,000 miles. EGR and exhaust were deleted at 100,000, Turbo and intake blew up and changed at 100,000.
