Hey Guys,

One of my coworkers showed me this RPC phone holder for the RAM with the center console. It basically turns your center console business card holder into a cell phone holder. I ordered one along with some of my friends and they are awesome, great quality and fit. After the purchase the guy who invented these sent me a personalized handwritten letter thanking me for the purchase.

You can buy off of Amazon or straight form the inventors website. They have 3 different sizes and the specs are listed. Most common size is the medium.

isn't America great.......right along with you having a right to your opinion, you also have the right to not buy one.

I on the other hand think its awesome for $20.....and the guy who built it is a RAM owner who came up with the idea and designed it specifically for our trucks and made sure it wasnt made like crap. I have no problem supporting a small entrepreneur.

I believe they redesigned the console partway through the 2015 model year. All of the 2016's have that part as well.

FWIW, flyinb22, I had mentioned to Wade about many Ram owners from Canada being interested in the RPC phone holder. He did look into making it readily available to our northern friends. Turned out that there was much involved to make it happen easily.
I do notice many times it seems like things are much more expensive up North! Too bad it is like this. It is a great product.

I think it is a great product. I got the Medium size and it fits my Samsung Note 4 with a Basictec case a tad tight, but I'm ok with this. Has anyone used an adhesive to glue it down? I have to hold the holder when I take my phone out. I think with some time it might loosen up from some wear. Maybe I could use double sided tape to hold it in. Any ideas?

Just got mine the other day. I like it but it would be better if the portion of the holder that sticks into the console was the same width as the credit card holder and have the phone holder portion vary in size. I have the small and the gap on either side makes it not as stable as it could be. But still, it's a keeper.

Got mine today. Unfortunately I didn't do well measuring the depth of my phone. My phone case is too fat for the holder I bought. My mistake, not theirs. So I removed some plastic to allow my phone to fit. I also added some stick-on felt to the inner sides of the holder to make it a more snug fit to my phone case. I agree that it might be better if the part that fits into the console was the same width as the card holder. It fits tight but I may use some double-sided tape to ensure it stays put. I'll try it without for a while first.

I expected I would have to do some little mods, even if I had ordered the right sized holder. It is nearly impossible to buy any one-size-fits-all thing for a cellphone, considering all the different phones and cases available.

I've been looking for something simple like this! Has anyone that bought one used it with the iphone 6 plus? Wonder if the medium would work with that.

Really depends on your case, if you use one. The 6 Plus is right at 78mm wide, and the medium holder accomodates 84mm. That's about 1/4" of wiggle room for a naked phone. Any sort of rugged case would probably be a snug fit, so the large might be your best bet. Either way, if you go with Amazon, exchanges are free, so you could always try.

I initially bought the small for my 6S because I use a really thin case, but it was still a bit snug for my liking. Exchanged for the medium with Amazon without a hitch. I echo what others say, that Wade is great with customer service. Hit him up if you have any questions. I've spoken with him several times since my purchase and we've even befriended one another on Facebook. He's a stand up guy who really stands behind his product. Worth every penny for it and then some just for that.
