No it will not, you need one off of a 5.9 - a 5.2 will not fit either.
The V6 and 5.2 are the same - the 5.9 is different UNLESS you have internally neutrally balanced the crank via an aftermarket crank or aftermarket crank balancing machining (IF you have done this then yes you can use the 5.2/3.9 neutral balance..
