Also trace out and check all of the wiring... when you pull the housings out and pull off the main harnesses, check the pins really well.

Check the fuse. I believe that there is a separate fuse for the high and low beams.

 

I'm unaware of any such fuse existing.

I tried resetting the TIPM today but holding the positive and negative terminal connectors together (off the battery), and that did not work either.

 

I actually had both bulbs go out at the same time once, so it might seem like an unlikely culprit but it can happen. I'd check the bulbs just to be sure.

 

Took apart the ram today. The low beam connectors are getting no power. That is going to the BCM, located under the fuse box. Trying now to see if I can get any power there...

 

I am dealing with the same thing right now on my 2018 ram 1500 sport. I have power everywhere I'm supposed to and still nothing. I just cleaned all grounds that i found and yet still nothing. It literally has me stumped at this moment. I have also checked fuses, relays, all power connections and new bulbs. NOTHING. WTF. If you figure anything out, please post what you found.

I searched far and wide for other threads but didn't find much help. My low beams are not working at all. Both stopped at the same time. My high breams, DRL, signals, and fogs work. I tried resetting error codes. I tried changing the headlight switch. Tomorrow I'm getting a fresh pair of bulbs just in case, but wanted to know what else I should try. I did check fuses, but as I understand the low beams don't have a fuse. I still checked a few of them and they all look good.

Did you ever get them to work because this just happened to me coming home in a dark road .. not good!!! My truck is a 2018

 

My 2015 RAM has been having issues for over 2 years. These LED were installed 3-4 years ago. First time both went out when I hit the highway both headlights went out. This went on for about 4-5 miles ( only lights on were the original fog lights). The installer replaced the headlights now only beam works when they feel like it. High beam works fine.

 

What gen truck and type of headlights?

Do you have alpha obd or scanner to read the bcm codes?

 

gen truck? 2018, led headlights I assume. And no o don’t have a scanner

 

Same problem anyone f figure it out? I replaced the bulbs, the wiring harnesses, the TPM, the BCM and the switch in the dash and I still have no low beam headlights. All its left is the multifunction switch in the steering column. Help help help

Took mine to dealer, turns out someone put aftermarket led lights in and that’s what failed

 

Having an issue with my Low beams on both sides also having no power To the driver side headlight Just notice today that there's no power to the passenger side rear Tell white what could be the issue? I do not know. Please.

No i have to ride with high beams on at all times. Bought new fuse box and mechanic said im not getting power out of the low beam for the Passenger side.

 

Same here only have high beams and fogs no low beams someone please help makes no sense and not finding anything when I research

 

My 2020 2500 low beam passenger headlight gave out. I replaced the bulb, replaced the fuses and NOTHING.
