A couple of weeks ago the cc quit working on my truck. For some reason I figured something else was bound to be affected. The 4wd! I’ve checked all the fuses. None blown. What would tie the two systems together? I really need to get em working again. Gotta be something simple doesn’t it? Thank y’all.

Spent about 20 minutes under my truck looking for something unplugged or bare wire grounded out... nothing was unplugged. There’s a pretty big plug behind the left front inner fender... It was encased in dried mud so I knocked it off but didn’t fix the ailment. Now the damned condenser fans apparently blowed it’s wad and left me even more disappointed. 😞

The one on the left front? Learn something new every day. Didn’t know they could get dirty. One guy told me it was made into the hub. And even if the bearing is good the sensor might be bad. It’s plugged in right inside the inner fender. I need to pull the rotor and then what? Truck has appt to get shook down on the 26th. My go to guy is slammed until then. I’m not too good to poke around and replace it myself though. I’ll be getting a a/c fan today and putting it on. Ain’t going without a cold breeze while waiting on a red light to change. 😁

It definitely goes off road! 🐏 But not for at least a couple months. I always wash all/most of the mud out from under it before it gets time to dry. And the night the cruise control wouldn’t work, had worked an hour or so earlier...,.

Hey, many thanks for that!!
While there are a lot of things members do to make this forum a valuable resource, returning to "close out" a thread with the eventual solution to the issue is perhaps the most important.
Nicely done, and thanks again.
