Your experience would be more useful if you were to include what radio you have and the version of the software the radio was update too.

 

I recently had problems with my "5.0/RA2" uconnect and iphone4S connecting and working at 100% and also had poor sound quality with the music on the mp3 player. On Friday I went by my Ram dealer and they updated my truck's computer "5.0/RA2" uconnect with the latest update from Chrysler. The sound quality of the MP3 player is so much better, better than its ever been and conversations via hands free Bluetooth "5.0/RA2" are crystal clear on both ends. After the update was complete you'll have to "unpair" your phone/device deleting it from the vehicle's "5.0/RA2" and then "re-pair" it to your vehicle's "5.0/RA2 as if you were adding a new device, hit connect device and enjoy!! Love my Ram :smileup:

 

what version did they flash your radio with?

 

I am sure it would be 2.3.21..
I just did mine myself to that version.
Didnt realize you could do this by yourself
