What models have push button start?

I don't have my 2012 Express anymore, so I haven't been here in a while. I currently have a 2017 Grand Cherokee Overland and really like how nice it is inside, but I rarely have a back seat passenger and could use a bed to haul once in a while.
I've been thinking about buying a few year old regular cab 1500. I started looking for a Sport or R/T, though I am leaning towards a Sport since I don't think I want 22"s and a 3.92 gear. I've looked at various videos and car sites and find that some have the push button start and some I see a key hanging out of the dash? Was there a package option for this? Sadly it seems no Express model ever had push button start or I would probably go that way.

If you are looking at the new Ram 1500 (5th gen), then I have yet to see one that does not have push button start. Even Tradesman models have it now from what I've seen. I'm not sure about 4th gens, if you're wanting to look at those, including the 2019 and 2020 1500 classic. But I think it was an option for the Big Horn, and standard on any model above that. Pretty sure anything below a Big Horn didn't have the option for it. Bottom line though, if you want a base model with push button start, look at the 5th gens.

I don't think they make the 5th Gen in regular cab at all and the new Classics with reg cab don't offer it.
But I saw some 2104-2018s for sale with it, but not in a color or location I want. These were Sport or R/T models. But then I would come across a sweet one in my area at a fair price and as I look through pictures, I see a key hanging out of the dash. So I was just wondering if there was a "tech" package or "convenience" package to looks for?
