My windw sticker staes "Floor Mounted Shifter" as being part of my Outdoorsman package. WTF? I have a column shift, no center console. This is a $1025 option that is missing from my truck. Yes, I was aware of this when i bought the damn thing, but for some reason it is starting to bother me now.

$1025 is not peanuts. I would go right back to the dealer and make them make it right. Unless it's the 4x4 shifter it is refering to. Do you have the dash switch or shifter for 4x4?

Yep get the build sheet

it is a detailed 3 page list of everything about your Ram

The 4x4 is on the dash just like all the rest of the Rams. I still have the window sticker, and listed under options on the right hand side is "floor mounted shifter". I went to the dealer to buy the truck, and it was the first time seeing it in person. Looking at the window sticker online, and I assumed it would have the center console, and was a little disappointed when I saw that it did not. I was still very excited to be getting a new truck, so I just kept it all in and didn't say a thing.

I feel like this is an issue with Dodge and not my dealer. The dealer was absolutely a pleasure to deal with, and I would hate to get them involved in any kind of negative way. They were very cooperative in dealing with me and giving me the numbers on the truck that I was looking for.

Is there a phone number for Dodge that I can call and lodge a concern/complaint?

You need to go to the dealer, to approach this first. Than if they do nothing.
Go straight to dodge.

I am sure the dealer will take care of it, or at least try and explain it to you. Even though its obvious you do not have a "floor mounted shifter"

Maybe thats why they were so nice to deal with, numbers wise i mean? But even so they should have changed the window sticker to reflect the actual equipment in the truck. I'd say this is going to come down to how hard you want to push the issue weather they make it right or not. let us know how this works out and good luck

you should go through the chain of command
dealership, then customer service

Customer Service is where you need to ask about the build sheet, owners manual, , radio manual, warranty booklet, etc.
they send anything within days of the request

Yes. However, it is listed directly underneth the make and model on the left side. Pretty much means it started as a SLT truck, but anything in the options column on the right may replace the standard equipment.
