New to the forum appreciate any answers I can get....Im going to start off with my recip door AKA fresh air door is fine and working properly. with that being, I live in Texas and of course its ungodly hot. My AC blows pretty cold I would say. however I have to run full blast ac just to get some air flow and the motor is pretty loud. but the air flow is pretty shitty barely making it to my face. my wife has a Tahoe and hers is like a jet stream and makes your shirt ripple it blows so hard. I cant take it anymore anybody have any idea what could be the problem. Again I have checked the recip door and its perfectly fine. nothing blocking above the motor.

:wavey: I am having the same problem on my 2008 6.7 Mega Cab 4X4, I can move the controls to different positions and I only get minimal amount of air out of the ducts on the dash. I can get to two of the electrical servos and they do not appear to work, but I can manipulate the doors but no change. :3-smash:

I think there is another servo but I do not know where it is. In looking at the dash, I think I have to remove the steering column to remove the dashboard. Has anyone else had this problem and what was preformed to repair this problem?

Had this problem with my 06. The problem was that the flap that switches from fresh to recirculate broke and dropped down on top of the fan motor, blocking about 90% of the air. It's a known problem with Ram trucks.

To check, look under the right side of the dash behind the glove box door. You'll see the fan motor held in by 3 screws. Take it out and reach up inside. I bet you'll find the flap laying there. You can buy aftermarket replacement doors or if you don't care about fresh/recirculate, just take it out and your ac will blow your hat off. It's a little tricky to get out but if you turn it toward the firewall it'll come right out.

there are 3 videos that you can view about Dodge Climate Control trouble shooting

Look at the HeaterTreater.net web site

The videos will be shown on Youtube
several other people have also posted their own findings on youtube

Haven't seen where anyone has tried this or not and don't know your year model but on my '12 I can recalibrate the doors by turning the A/C on and push and hold the blower/fan switch in for 10 seconds, release, push in and hold for about 5 seconds or until yellow light starts blinking and release and it will go through a recalibrate sequence. May also check and see if you have a cabin filter.
