All 3 of my FOBs work, yes i bought more then i need, i had misplaced one of them for a couple months

I have found that any FOB can malfunction
sometimes the dealer has to do a re flash
sometimes the FOBs battery can have a bad contact
other times, like if you park directly in front of some stores, like the 7/11 & certain truck stops, all of the fluorescent lights, automatic doors, & cameras can cause a temporary malfunction. I now try to park further away from the windows & front door of the places that i know that i have had this happen to me in the past.

Other FOB information
Your Ram FOBs can have either Dodge or Ram printed on the outer case, the blank chip & battery are identical in both, mine has the Panic, Unlock, Lock, & Start buttons
The case marked Dodge is cheaper then the case marked Ram, if bought at the dealership
a Starscan tool is needed to program the blank chip to work with your vehicle, IF you have 2 working FOBs, you can program a 3rd FOB yourself

You can save money by buying a NEW blank FOB or a Transponder key online through IKEYLESS, the blank door & tailgate Valet Key that fits into the FOB costs extra
I didn't see a 4 button FOB on that website, so call them & ask about it

i can't confirm the part about ACE hardware in this film

bad fuel pump. only 26k on the clock, little disappointing. I bought an extended warranty when I bought the truck, so at least that worked out, I guess.
