if its anything like my moms neighbor who owns a new durango citadell......yes, it has a yellow hint to it. I dont notice as much until i park my white ram next to it ( they share a double wide driveway in a town house complex ), but then at that point its really a big, noticeable difference......and i honeslty dont like it.

 

If it's the same color they used on the Challenger, I didn't notice a yellow tint to it. That color would have been my second choice over the Delmonico Red that I just got.

 

off white always looks dingy to me. Kinda like the once white walls in a chain smokers house.

 

It is by no means the color of Bright White, but it still looks white just as long as you don't put Bright White beside it. Myself, I think Bright White looks like a hospital wall, it's just too bright. It needs the Pearl to keep it from looking like the millions of work trucks that are on the road, it just looks more custom with the Pearl.

I just picked up a Pearl White 2500 Megacab. I'll try to take some pictures and post them if it will ever quit raining here in Texas. It's the same paint code (PWQ) that has been used on some other Chrysler/Dodge vehicles. I was going to get Bright White but they changed the white on the Laramie to Pearl White so went with it. I'm with Limited in that is looks more custom and the Bright White looks more like a work truck.

 

That would be greatly appreciated!! I have a 1500 Limited ED ordered, and they had switched to the pearl white (bright white is unavailable on higher trim levels now) Dealer had bright white on lot, but not with options I exactly wanted. Thanks for all the input!! :smileup:

 

I was thinking it would be like the cream color on the 2008 and 2009s-I wasn't a fan. If its like the pearl white that Chevy has I think it will look great though, my grandma has that paint on her Cadillac.

 

i believe the color you are referring to is the white diamond tri coat which is a slightly different color than pearl but closer to pearl than bright white. The diamond tri coat is an amazing color!

 

My 2500 should be here in week or two. I can't wait to see this pearl white in person. Will post pics

 

So far my experience has been that the Pearl in the paint doesn't show up too well in photos. I have seen the Pearl paint on Challengers and you have to be pretty close to see the Pearl in any of the Pearl paints, like within about 5-6 feet, after that it just looks like white but not Bright White. I haven't tried it with my Nikon yet. Next time my truck is clean I'll try that on my Delmonico Red Pearl Coat and see if it's any better.

 

Anyone receive or see a pearl white truck yet? According to SPP's post mine is in Canada now, so should be at dealer within a week (I'm guessing/hoping).

Mixing other "hues or tints" always makes the color look like it's dirty and needs washing, ESPECIALLY on a white truck.

When I see a white vehicle I just think they missed one more step, you know, when the hell are you going to put a color on it.:wow:

Stock. It's a laramie. Maybe that's part of that package. My first ram.

My Pearl White Ram arrived at the dealership today around 4. Picking it up tomorrow. I'll post photos if its sunny. Trading a bright white ram, so I hope it looks as good or better.

Canada is a beautiful country, but I would get tired of driving around in that snow all the time! I hope to visit one day in the warm season.

 

I like it! It's not quite as "cream" as the 3rd gens but not Bright White either.

Saw a Pearl White Mega Cab last week with painted to match grill and bumpers on a dealer lot last week. Very nice color, especially with a monochrome paint scheme on a 2500.

That's what my 2016 Lonestar looked like right when I got her Memorial Day of last year.

 

My 2016 is more off white than cream to me. I wasn't a big fan of the cream/yellow-ish ones.

 

Same here, bright white is much better, and the pearl is better still:smileup:
