Hey guys,
After installing my Zone 6" kit, my brake lines were nowhere near long enough to allow enough slack at full droop, even with the supplied drop brackets in the kit. Since Dodge decided to crimp the soft lines directly to the hard lines, there is no "bolt-on" fix available.
I used a set of Procomp stainless extended lines (part number EXP7525). I cut the flex hoses off, installed new fittings (metric thread), and re-flared the lines. I built a couple brackets and slightly bent the hard lines to attach them to the frame.
Now with the axle at full droop, there is still plenty of slack in the lines.
Hope this helps!!!
