Just recently all steering wheel controls have stopped working. I can't change to different screens on the gauge cluster. No voice control. The volume buttons and radio controls don't work. However the cruise control button works. I thought it may be a fuse but I can't for the life of me find what fuse it is. It doesn't say steering wheel controls or anything close in the owners manual under fuses. Any Ideas?

Check the back Camera, which has the same connection with the steering wheel controls.
I have my own problem like this.
Just I disconnected the the cable of back camera, the steering wheel controls return to work.

My dad had this happen on his 2009 a few weeks ago.

Did you found the problem??

I'm actually having the exact same issue with my 14 Ram 1500. All the steering wheel controls excluding cruise control are unresponsive. And my horn is unresponsive even though it's definitely working because I can hear it when I lock the truck. Was it a simple fix such as a blown fuse?

Update my horn also doesn't work. And there is a specific fuse for horn. So I'm at a loss. I have no ideas. I guess a trip to the criminals at the dealership
Good morning, I have a Dodge Ram 2017 5.7 Hemi and my horn and the left side of my electronics panel doesn't work on my steering wheel. Did you get your problem fixed? I phoned dealership and they answer no questions and only say bring it in and they can fix with Dodge specialized tools @ $175/hr. Is this true?

Did you ever get this figured out. I am having the same problem with my 2012. No horn or left side buttons. the cruise control works. I have already bought a clock spring and replaced it.
