I would be surprised if they built more than one size of front doors, no matter what series or cab type Ram pickup it is
2009 - 2017

I won't add the 2 door Regular Cab, because i have no idea about those

 

My concern is actually with the door modules and switch panel, not the mirrors themselves. I know the mirrors are the same.

The door modules should be the same
There are 8 connectors per side of the front door modules
On some modules, all those connectors are not used
If you added those unused ones, you would then need to go to the dealer & get that part of the module activated

The modules are located just above the speaker
