Her husband has an auto body shop there in Waterbury, so likely that is why they buy their vehicles in Waterbury

Personally i use Bradshaw Chrysler and Jeep Dealership when i am back East

Might be a bit far to go but Roberts Dodge is on Rte 5 in Meriden. Not far off of 691. Can't think of any places out your way. Must be something off of rte 7, no?

 

And I agree with GT, stay away from Modern Motorsin Thomaston.

Thanks for all the input, I'm currently troubleshooting a hesitation/surging/stalling issue on my RAM and think I might end up needing to take it to a dealer to continue troubleshooting. Here's my thread on the issue: http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=127402

My wife went to the Dodge dealer in Danbury, and even after she gave them all the info on the truck, they couldn't even manage to give her the correct oil filter.

I took the truck to Milford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram when I worked in Trumbull, CT and had them do a PCM reflash when I bought the truck to ensure it had the latest software. They seemed to be decent, and I would consider going back there. Just wanted to see if anyone had a really good experience with one of the local dealers and their ability to troubleshoot a difficult issue.

I read the customer feedback on the Danbury dealership
myself, i would not go there
especially to buy something

 

I have bought a few Jeeps and now a Ram from Wetmores in New Milford.
Have always found them easy to work with.

 

Pamby's in Ridgefield seems to be ok. I've only dealt with them twice for parts.

 

Dont know if its too late I delt with Scap Dodge Fairfield Ct and they were great Pete and Ernie very easy going guys tell them Fred sent you

 

A TB cleaning seemed to resolve my stalling issue, so it never went into a dealer. I have bought some parts from the Dodge dealer in Greenwich, CT and I would definitely recommend them for parts. No idea what they're like in terms of service, but I was pleasantly surprised...

I hope that some of the you RAM owners will show up at a Meet & Greet, that is coming up in Wethersfield Connecticut on August 10th 2013
