I have a new 2017 Laramie with almost everything.

Is there a way to enable automatic lowering when I put the truck in park?

Is there a way to drive when in Off Road 1 or 2? It seems to lower at 35 and 50 mph.

Can I disable the seat belt chime?

Are there any other things the truck can do that may not be widely known? For example, on my 2016 Denali, if you hold the key fob lock button it will fold in the mirrors. If you hold the unlock button, it lowers all four windows.

TIA Frank

You can disable the chime for the seat belts, I did it on mine. The warning light will stay on and you still get a short message every time you stop. Here is how:

1. Buckle up, close the door.
2. Turn Ignition on and wait until all the lights go off (10 seconds or so).
3. Unbuckle/buckle three times within 10 seconds.
4. Turn the ignition off and you will get a confirmation chime and you are done.

Can't answer your other questions for sure but I think it is a safety feature for the truck to lower in order to keep the center of gravity low and make it safer.

You can just take out the fuse after it gets into off-road 1 or 2. Is it safe...NO, has it been done by people....YES. Reason you don't want to drive around in off-road 2 that the tires have a major toe out which will wear your tires out. Fine for off road but not on the highway.

Only other way is to get the longer links that some people have used.

A guy in the Netherlands wrote this in 2013

* THIS IS ON YOU'RE OWN RISK!!!
* set truck in desired ride height
* remove the airsuspension Multi connector
* done
* REALLIGN YOU'RE FRONT WHEELS WITH THE NEW HEIGHT!!!
* I tried this in offroad 2 mode for 2000 miles.. no issues...

No computer errors, just an "airsuspension service" warning at startup
If you put the connector back in it wil function as new

The 9-wire multi-connector is on the passenger side, behind the rear wheel, up under the bed.

On my 2010 Sport if you did a second quick press and hold of the unlock button it would roll down all the windows, as mentioned above. Apparently that no longer exists on my 2017 2500 though. I kinda liked that feature if I was walking to the truck in a parking lot on a hot day. Oh well...

A chick I dated in college would always leave her windows down inadvertently and the interior had mold in places and smelled terrible.

Either that or theft
